Submit DMCA notices to our Copyright Agent at: [email protected]

Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice — [Brief Description]

We will review all valid notices and respond within 10 business days. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content pending investigation.

6. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content removed in response to a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include the same information as a takedown notice plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which Abodex may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

7. Repeat Infringers

Abodex has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We will terminate access to our platform for any user who is found to have infringed the copyrights of others on two or more occasions.
